Terms & Conditions

1. The below Terms and Conditions may not be amended without the prior and written consent of Legends Golf.

2. All invoices are to be paid cash and in full. Any unpaid invoice, even in part, will automatically be submitted to an additional interest of 0,66 % per month since the date of its issuance. Any outstanding amount due will be increased by 12% as a basic allocation compensation.

3. The participants’ personal data transmitted to Legends Golf is purely for tournament management purposes for Legends Golf and will not be transmitted to any third party without the approval of the participant.

4. Any dispute with respect to the validity, the interpretation or the implementation of the agreements and the terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Should any litigation arise, the Tribunals of Brussels  and the Justice of Peace of the 1st canton will have sole jurisdiction.

5. Should a force majeure or circumstances beyond its control occur, Legends Golf may change the program without any notice and without having to pay any indemnity.

6. Registration fees are due in full as of the date of registration and access to the Events shall only be allowed if the due fees have been received by Legends Golf, eventually increased with the applicable interest rates and late payment penalties.

7. Participants to the Events agree to comply with admission rules, proper conduct and safety regulations that govern the premises where the Events take place. Participants also agree and consent to any sound, photography and/ or other recording of the participant’s presence at the Events and this material may be used by Legends Golf for present and future promotional matters.

8. Legends Golf and the owners/ managers of the premises where the Events take place decline any responsibility in case of any harm or injury to the participants, or in case of loss, theft or destruction of their belongings.

9. Participants are to attend the Events with their own appropriate clothing and necessary equipment.
