TERMS & CONDITIONS (EN)

  1. These Terms and Conditions may not be amended without the prior written consent of Legends Golf.
  2. All invoices are payable in cash and in full. Any invoice remaining unpaid, even partially, shall automatically and without prior notice bear interest at a rate of 0.66% per month from the date of issuance. Any outstanding amount shall furthermore be increased by 12% as a fixed compensatory indemnity.
  3. Participants’ personal data transmitted to Legends Golf is used exclusively for event and tournament management purposes and will not be transmitted to any third party without the participant’s consent.
  4. Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of the agreements and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Belgian law. In the event of litigation, the Courts of Brussels, including the Justice of the Peace of the 1st Canton, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  5. In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, Legends Golf reserves the right to modify the program without prior notice and without being liable for any compensation.
  6. Registration fees are due in full at the time of registration. Access to the Events shall only be granted once payment has been received by Legends Golf, if applicable increased by interest and late payment penalties.
  7. Participants agree to comply with the admission rules, standards of conduct and safety regulations applicable at the venues where the Events take place. Participants consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded during the Events, and such material may be used by Legends Golf for current and future promotional purposes.
  8. Legends Golf and the owners or managers of the venues where the Events take place decline all responsibility in case of bodily injury to participants or in case of loss, theft or damage to their personal belongings.
  9. Participants must attend the Events wearing appropriate clothing and with the necessary equipment.
  10. Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation by the participant, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
  • 100% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the Event;
  • 50% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs between 31 and 60 days before the Event;
  • 25% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs more than 61 days before the Event.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES (FR)

  1. Il ne peut être dérogé aux présentes conditions générales que moyennant l’accord préalable et écrit de Legends Golf.
  2. Toute facture est payable au comptant. Toute facture impayée, même partiellement, porte de plein droit et sans mise en demeure un intérêt calculé au taux de 0,66 % par mois à compter de sa date d’émission. Le montant restant dû sera en outre majoré de 12 % à titre d’indemnité compensatoire forfaitaire.
  3. Les données à caractère personnel des participants sont exclusivement destinées à la gestion des Events par Legends Golf et ne seront pas communiquées à des tiers sans l’accord du participant.
  4. Toutes contestations relatives à la validité, à l’interprétation ou à l’exécution des conventions et des présentes conditions générales sont soumises au droit belge. En cas de litige, les Tribunaux de Bruxelles, et notamment le Juge de Paix du 1er canton, sont exclusivement compétents.
  5. En cas de force majeure, de cas fortuit ou de tout événement indépendant de sa volonté, Legends Golf se réserve le droit de modifier le programme sans préavis et sans être redevable d’aucune indemnité.
  6. Les droits d’inscription sont exigibles en totalité dès l’inscription. L’accès aux Events ne sera autorisé que pour autant que le montant des droits d’inscription ait été intégralement reçu par Legends Golf, le cas échéant majoré des intérêts et frais applicables.
  7. Les participants aux Events s’engagent à respecter les règles d’admission, de bienséance et de sécurité applicables sur les lieux où se déroulent les Events. Ils acceptent d’être photographiés, filmés ou enregistrés sous toute forme lors des Events. Legends Golf est autorisée à utiliser ces enregistrements à des fins promotionnelles présentes ou futures.
  8. Legends Golf ainsi que les responsables des lieux où se déroulent les Events déclinent toute responsabilité en cas de dommages corporels, de perte, de vol ou de destruction des effets personnels des participants.
  9. Les participants doivent se présenter aux Events en tenue appropriée et munis de l’équipement nécessaire.
  10. Conditions d’annulation : En cas d’annulation par le participant, les frais suivants seront appliqués :
  • 100 % du montant total en cas d’annulation moins de 30 jours avant l’Event ;
  • 50 % du montant total en cas d’annulation entre 31 et 60 jours avant l’Event ;
  • 25 % du montant total en cas d’annulation plus de 61 jours avant l’Event.

ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN (NL)

  1. Van deze algemene voorwaarden kan slechts worden afgeweken mits voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van Legends Golf.
  2. Elke factuur is contant en volledig betaalbaar. Elke factuur die geheel of gedeeltelijk onbetaald blijft, brengt van rechtswege en zonder ingebrekestelling een interest op van 0,66 % per maand vanaf de datum van uitgifte. Het verschuldigde saldo wordt bovendien verhoogd met een forfaitaire compenserende vergoeding van 12 %.
  3. De persoonsgegevens van de deelnemers worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor het beheer van de Events door Legends Golf en zullen niet aan derden worden meegedeeld zonder toestemming van de deelnemer.
  4. Alle geschillen betreffende de geldigheid, interpretatie of uitvoering van de overeenkomsten en deze algemene voorwaarden vallen onder het Belgisch recht. In geval van geschil zijn de Rechtbanken van Brussel, met inbegrip van de Vrederechter van het 1e kanton, uitsluitend bevoegd.
  5. In geval van overmacht, toeval of enige gebeurtenis onafhankelijk van de wil van Legends Golf, behoudt Legends Golf zich het recht voor het programma te wijzigen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving en zonder enige schadevergoeding verschuldigd te zijn.
  6. De inschrijvingsrechten zijn volledig verschuldigd vanaf het moment van inschrijving. De toegang tot de Events wordt slechts toegestaan nadat Legends Golf het volledige bedrag heeft ontvangen, in voorkomend geval vermeerderd met interesten en kosten.
  7. De deelnemers aan de Events verbinden zich ertoe de toelatings-, gedrags- en veiligheidsregels na te leven die gelden op de plaatsen waar de Events plaatsvinden. Zij aanvaarden dat zij tijdens de Events gefotografeerd, gefilmd of op andere wijze opgenomen worden. Legends Golf heeft het recht deze opnames te gebruiken voor huidige en toekomstige promotionele doeleinden.
  8. Legends Golf evenals de eigenaars of beheerders van de locaties waar de Events plaatsvinden, wijzen elke aansprakelijkheid af in geval van lichamelijk letsel, verlies, diefstal of beschadiging van persoonlijke eigendommen van de deelnemers.
  9. De deelnemers dienen zich aan te bieden in gepaste kledij en met de nodige uitrusting.
  10. Annuleringsvoorwaarden: In geval van annulering door de deelnemer zijn de volgende annuleringskosten verschuldigd:
  • 100 % van het totale bedrag bij annulering minder dan 30 dagen vóór het Event;
  • 50 % van het totale bedrag bij annulering tussen 31 en 60 dagen vóór het Event;
  • 25 % van het totale bedrag bij annulering meer dan 61 dagen vóór het Event.
